Matrix Program Management has been appointed Program Manager by Library Associates, LLC for the development of its Charleston, SC luxury hotel project.
The full service 185 key hotel will be located on King St. in Charleston. In addition to its luxury suites, the hotel’s design includes restaurants, retail, spa, expansive ballrooms, and terraces at three levels including a rooftop pool.

The 65,000 SF facility will provide the latest in advanced cancer treatment services including radiation and infusion therapy.
Matrix Program Management has been appointed the Program Manager and Move Coordinator for the relocation of the Charlotte School of Law to Charlotte Plaza
The Charlotte School of Law opened its Fall semester in its new facility in Charlotte Plaza. The final phase, which includes the largest law library in Charlotte, is scheduled for occupancy at the end of this year. The 225,000 SF project includes the build out of floors for classrooms, faculty offices, courtrooms and the School’s Law Library.
Belmont Abbey College has awarded Matrix the Program Management for two new student dormitories
On August 13, 2013, Belmont Abbey College took possession of its two newly constructed dormitories. Completed in less than 10 months, the two new Gothic buildings provide 110 students with exceptional accommodations in the heart of the campus.
